Monkey D. Luffy appears in his Gear 5 form for Banpresto’s Grandista line, shown in a large-scale action pose with his body stretched forward and his straw hat fixed across his back. The sculpt captures the wild energy of Gear 5 through Luffy’s white hair, exaggerated grin, extended arm, cloud-like smoke details and dynamic body angle, giving the figure a much more animated feel than a standard upright display.
The Grandista format gives this version of Luffy stronger shelf presence, with the larger scale allowing the sculpt to show off the movement in his limbs, creased white trousers, purple sash, sandals and swirling Gear 5 effects. At approximately 23 cm tall, it works well as a centrepiece One Piece figure, especially for collectors building a Gear 5, Egghead or larger Banpresto display.
