Every order includes free UK shipping.

We send all parcels with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent tracked service.

You’ll get tracking, careful packaging, and a smooth delivery experience from dispatch to delivery.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on working days are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day.

Tracking & delivery

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery is usually around 1 working day after dispatch, but exact delivery times can vary depending on Royal Mail.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details are sent by email so you can follow the delivery.

If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help check it.

Where can I find my tracking?

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order has been dispatched. Check your inbox and junk folder if you cannot see the tracking email.

What if my parcel is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will help check the tracking, raise an enquiry, or find the next best solution.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on UK delivery. If international delivery becomes available, we will update this page and checkout options clearly.

What if my address is wrong?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address before it leaves us.
